Form submissions. When you use our Contact or Get a Quote forms, we collect your name, phone number, email address, project details, and any optional photos you choose to attach. These submissions are processed by our form provider, FormCarry, and emailed to primerevivalinc@gmail.com so we can respond.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-Z9CPB7K76C) to understand how visitors use our site. This collects anonymized data such as pages viewed, device type, approximate (city-level) location, referrer, and time on page, using cookies.

How we use your information

We use form submissions solely to respond to your inquiry, provide quotes, and discuss your project. We use analytics data in aggregate to improve our website's content, layout, and performance. We do not sell or rent your information.

We retain form submissions for as long as needed to service your inquiry and maintain customer records. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default, after which it is automatically deleted.

Children's privacy

Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
